So this is my new project. I really want to be happy and healthy (well, who doesn't?)! You know I have been struggling with finding balance in my life and know I really want to do something about it. To keep me motivated I have made it in to a scrapbooking project. I'm going to keep this scrapbooking-diary for six weeks while I try to set up new routines and make them into habits. I just want to make choices that makes me happy in the long run, not just for the moment.
I just got this little suitcase that makes me totally happy so I decided to make it apart of my project.
I keep all the little decorations and other stuff I want to put in my diary in my little suitcase. My plan is to make it really simple so I can stick with this for six weeks. I'm also planning to add photos.
I made really simple journaling cards to document all the food I eat every day. I do this both to get control over what I eat but also to get inspiration for all those days when I don't know what to eat.
Here is the front and back of the book. I just want it to be really happy and inspiring.
I am going to stick with this for at least six weeks so I have tabs for every week
And I prepared two page spread for every day to make it simple and easy to do every day
