My craftroom right now...

I did a total makeover of my craftroom this weekend. My plan was to:

1. Get my desk away from the window since it was driving me nuts that I couldn't open or close it as I wished (since I couldn't reach it)

2. Get more color in there. I'm very inspired by colors but somehow my creative space is very white and boring

This is the view from the living room door. I still want to add more colorful stuff but I feel quite happy about it.

This is the view from the kitchen door that is now blocked by my desk (but seriously, I don't need two doors)

My scrap table

One bin is for letter stickers and thickers and one is for stickers and rubons

My stamps are organized in zip-lock bags in a box

This holds inkpads and...

journaling spots and....

this drawer holds bits and pieces for quick cardmaking

The drawer holds chipboard shapes and each letter in the alphabet has its own drawer ( In this I sort all those letters that are left over on a sticker sheet) On top you can see my stickles and mists

I keep my papers organized buy brand mostly and some by color or theme

my printer station (with my brand new photo printer :-))

I added some color to my pots

This is my needle felting space

I sorted my wool by color

Another corner of the room

These are my color bins where I keep my color sorted decorations

I sorted my yarn by color so it can inspire me (I really need to shop for more yarn...)

Aren't these colors awesome?

Embroidery floss

A place for my magazines

One desk drawer holds adhesives

The second drawer holds the crop a dile and my punches

The third drawer holds chipboard pieces, brads and some matchboxes for altering

This little tote holds my crochet hooks, knitting needles and other bits and pieces

sewing thread

I feel really happy about my room and I think I want to keep it like this :-)

Now desperately need to sleep my nephew woke up at 6.15 this morning...

Lots and lots of love!

My craftroom right now

so I did some reorganizing again. Now I knowI do this often but it really boosts my inspiration and I just really love to hang out with my stuff :-) This is the view from the kitchen door

My big table that always feels to small when I scrapbook...

These are my three pictures I made by punching out squares from scratch paper

This is the new part. I have sorted my decorations by color, inspired by the lovely Stacy Julian.

Every color-basket is labeled with a colored ribbon

A peek in to the pink-basket. I cut up all those sticker- and rubon- sheets that only had a few decorations left on them and put them in the basket I thought they should go in.

A peek in to the blue-basket

This is my (very ugly but handy) paper organization. I sort my paper by manufacturers and some by theme

My paints, colors and stamps

This is my new stamp-organization. I keep them in zip-lock bags all stored in a box

I keep a paper with the stamps stamped up on the front

View from the other side of the stamp-bag

Adhesive drawer, Tomorrow my new glue-glider pro is being delivered so I need to make more room in this drawer

Tools and punches (and my headphones)

I keep my brown and black inks on the desk

The tools I use often and my pens are also stored close at hand on the desk

In this mini-drawer I store raw-chipboard shapes and letter stickers leftovers that I cut apart and sorted by letter

I labeled each letter-drawer

This is where I keep the new stickers and decoration and almost full packages. When they have been used I sort the leftovers by color and put them in my color-baskets

Letter-stickers that still quite full. When they get more used I will cut the leftovers apart and put them in the letter-drawers

I brought some inspiration from nature inside...

My stickles, glossy accent and mists

I keep my buttons in a shallow bowl so I can find what I'm looking for

Here is my needlefelting and sewing area

I hope you are all happy and healthy

Lots and lots of love!
